The Lane County market is enjoying a determined upward trend, even as sales fell 11.5% this week to 401 homes over the last 30 days. The median sales price dropped to $236,900, down from last week's $239,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Lane County is a seller's market.
